Our THRIVE coordinator offers weekly yoga sessions to promote spiritual and mental health.
All classes are suitable for all levels. Faculty, staff, and students are welcome.

Emory Recreation and Wellness offers a variety of group fitness classes for the Emory community.
Class size is limited and participants must register for classes on their My RecWell portal. Fit Passes are required for participation. Class schedule is subject to change and patrons will be notified.
The personal training program within Emory Fitness is designed to give individuals the attention they need to achieve personal health and fitness goals. Their number one priority is to give you the motivation and tools to gain success regardless of age, experience or fitness level.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) seeks to create a welcoming environment in which all members of the Emory community feel safe and valued. Their goal is to support the academic mission of the university by fostering the intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, and psychological well-being of Emory students through the provision of various clinical services, community-level interventions, consultation, collaboration with campus partners, advising of student groups, and clinical training.
Established in 1965, the Emory Psychological Center is a nonprofit outpatient mental health clinic that provides low-cost psychological services for the Atlanta community.
The Emory Women’s Mental Health Program is an academic center of excellence for the psychiatric care of women. They provide state-of-the-art care for mental illness in women with an emphasis on pregnancy, the postpartum period, and breastfeeding.
There are a number of sacred spaces on Emory's campuses.
The Office of Spiritual and Religious Life offers mid-week musical meditation each Wednesday at Noon.
The Emory Buddhist Club offers guided meditations every Thursday at 6 pm.
